Heavy Gundam Main Body
Look at my 1/144 HG Heavy Gundam FA-78-2!
This kit share some parts with the HG Gundam local type (North American type) and HG Gundam FSD, but there are a lot of newly modeled parts in HG Heavy Gundam.
I highly recommend to apply marking stickers on HG Heavy Gundam to make it look more realistic.
Comparison with G Gundam local type (North American type)
Here’s my 1/144 HG Heavy Gundam FA-78-2 standing next to my HG Gundam local type (North American type).
Their shoulder canons are distinctively different.
Heavy Gundam’s waist and legs look similar to those of RX-78-2 Gundam.
Heavy Gundam Weapons
Various weapons come with the 1/144 HG Heavy Gundam FA-78-2 kit.
You get to choose from a beam rifle, shield, flame launcher, and beam saber.
The way the Heavy Gundam equip the flame launcher is unique.
You can put off the cover from the flame launcher and put it on the right hand.
Unfortunately, the flame launcher can’t be equipped on the left hand.
The shield for 1/144 HG Heavy Gundam FA-78-2 is the same as the shield included in the HG Gundam FSD kit.
The shield can be folded.
I strongly recommend you to apply the marking stickers on the shield!
